Lorenzo owns a large grape vineyard.
Today they harvested the great and begin making wine.
They cut the grades from the vines so not to damage the vines.
Then they dump them into a large machine that is similar to our apple applesauce making machine.
Then the juice and the pulp is dumped into a large copper vat.
